RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Sale items, free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

While we do offer returns and exchanges we recommend that your try to get your sizing correct when first placing an order as stock is always limited.

If for any reason, you want to exchange or return a full price item purchased from threefiveclothing.co.nz, please contact info@threefiveclothing.co.nz, with your order number, stating the reason for wanting a return or exchange.

Items can only be exchanged to a different size in the same item, not a different colour or product.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. This includes shipping time. All returns need to be approved before being returned to us.

All returns once approved must be returned within 7 days of initiating the return. Returns posted after 7 days may be returned back to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

We understand that trying on clothing may result in slight creases or wrinkles, but we cannot accept items that have been visibly worn or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet this requirement. In such cases, the garments will be shipped back to the customer at the customers' cost, and a refund will not be processed. 

At the time of returning your item to us, You the customer are responsible for covering the shipment costs. We are unable to process your return until your item is physically received by us. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.

Original shipping costs and handling of your item are non-refundable. We will cover the cost of returning the item back to you. We will only refund your return shipping costs to you if an item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. 

 

REFUNDS (If applicable)

It should be noted that, original shipping costs and handling of your item are non-refundable as that is the cost to get the package to you originally.  If however your item was faulty and you qualify for a refund, we will reimburse your return shipping costs once the garment(s) have been received.

In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact us via email info@threefiveclothing.co.nz. Please include your order number, and any photos with relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix it as send back a replacement or refund. We also we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: ThreeFive Clothing accepts responsibility for faulty or incorrect items sent to you and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
