OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN:
Three Five Clothing accepts returns or exchanges of items purchased if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was shipped. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However to be eligible for a return, items MUST BE
- In original condition
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original packaging and all tags attached
Sale items, free gifts or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
At the time of returning your item to us, You the customer are responsible for covering the shipment costs. We will refund your return shipping costs to you if an item is faulty or we have sent the wrong item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
EXCHANGE:
If you don't like the fit, colour or want to exchange an item, original shipping costs and handling of your item are non-refundable and the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer themselves. We will refund your return shipping costs to you if an item is faulty or have sent the wrong item. If you would like to exchange an item send us an email at lifeonthe35@gmail.com and send your item to: 4 Aries Place, BOP, Kawaha Point 3010, New Zealand.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange
FAULTY ITEM:
In the case of faulty or incorrect items are received, please contact as via email lifeonthe35@gmail.com. Please include your order number, and any photos with relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix it as send back a replacement as soon as possible. Please send your item to: 4 Aries Place, BOP, Kawaha Point 3010, New Zealand. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Note: Three Five Clothing accepts responsibility for faulty or incorrect items sent to you and will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
